The Planning & Zoning (PZ) staff processes all development applications through staff, Planning Commission, and City Council review stages. The PZ staff coordinates other City Departments' review of projects as they are submitted. The PZ staff also provides direct staff assistance to the Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment. Planning & Zoning also maintains and updates the official zoning map and future land use plan map.
